Digital Health Navigator — Virtual Care & Community Outreach

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking a Digital Health Navigator to enhance access to digital health services for patients in Oregon and SW Washington. The role is focused on providing technical assistance, health education, and developing curriculum for community-based organizations. Ideal candidates will possess a High School diploma, relevant experience, and are preferred to be fluent in Spanish. This is a grant-funded position expected to last approximately 16-19 months.
