This position will be located at the Ozark Region Office, 2390 South Jefferson, Lebanon, MO 65536. Shift is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break. Must be available to participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars requiring overnight stays.
Responsibilities
Review and code invoices and expense reports from parks and sites in Ozarks Region and submit for payment.
Process invoices and expense reports for the South Construction Unit and submit for payment.
Supervise Lead Administrative Support Assistant. Conduct monthly performance meetings and annual performance evaluations. Enter into Engage tracking system.
Monitor, reconcile, and report budget activity for South Construction Unit.
Submit Journal Vouchers for Ozarks Region.
Assist South Construction Unit and regional staff.
Provide guidance to parks staff on purchasing and bill pay.
Look up vendor information in SAM II, MissouriBUYS or MOVERS.
Enter encumbrances for items to be purchased as needed.
Maintain electronic and paper files.
Download Interagency Billing invoices, distribute to parks and submit for payment.
Answer phone and assist visitors, distribute packages.

Education & Experience
4-6 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed. (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience)
Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
