Are you hardworking, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We’re looking for motivated team members to join our growing gutter installation crews. We provide hands‑on training, clear advancement steps, and competitive pay as you move up.
General Requirements
Minimum 1 year of gutter installation experience.
Reliable and punctual; must arrive on time and ready for work each day.
Physically able to lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Positive attitude, ability to take direction, and eagerness to learn advanced techniques.
Technical Skills
Familiar with gutter components, hangers, downspouts, and sealants.
Safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
Assist with material handling, site setup, and debris cleanup.
Measure and cut materials accurately under supervision.
Maintain clean and organized vehicles, tools, and workspaces.
Leadership & Development
Demonstrate eagerness to progress to Installer Assistant II within 6–12 months.
Accept coaching and feedback with professionalism.
Begin learning gutter machine operation and miter‑cut techniques.
Administrative
Follow company policies for timekeeping.
Assist with tool/vehicle checklists and material tracking.
Conduct & Professionalism
Represent company values on every job site.
Communicate courteously with clients and coworkers.
Always follow company safety and quality standards.
