Registered Nurse (RN)
As a Registered Nurse (RN) joining our team, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.
How You'll Contribute
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a strong clinical foundation and a commitment to patient‑centered care.
Additional Requirements Include
Current state RN license
Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
One year of experience preferred
ASLS certification preferred
