About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Loan Officer
to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing loans for various purposes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong background in loan origination and underwriting.
Loan Officer candidates
must have an active license in California through the NMLS . Our company is registered with both the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI), so either license will satisfy this requirement.
We are looking to hire
2-3 people
from this position, selecting those whose experience and outlook align best with our team. This position will be a
full-time independent contractor
position.
Compensation
Our estimated pay range for this position is approximately
$50,000-$150,000 .
This is a
100% commission-based position . Exact terms of the compensation plan will be discussed with candidates when hired.

Experience originating over $10,000,000 in loan volume a year
NMLS licensing for the state of California (via DRE

Strong communication skills, for both clients and the loan team

Familiarity with the Arive loan origination software is a plus
Fully remote
Option for hybrid or in-person in Walnut Creek, CA depending on candidate’s preference
Structured daily communication via Zoom and CRM/LOS systems
Flexible remote setup
