Day shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts, from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months of recent ICU experience. The ideal candidate will hold a valid permanent Ohio license or a compact state license, along with current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications. Epic experience is required. This position requires working at least every other holiday and participation in orientation with assessments for ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by attending medical staff.
Monitor and assess patient condition, including vital signs and ECG readings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and complete patient documentation in electronic health records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 18 months of permanent ICU experience prior to travel.
Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start.
Epic experience is mandatory.
Two references from managerial or supervisory roles in the ICU specialty required.
