PRN (on‑call) & 1st shift fulltime/parttime
– Nursing staff needed for Bloomfield Care Center.

Responsibilities
Manage unit operations and ensure residents receive high standard of care.
Supervise activities of all clinical staff on assigned unit.
Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs.
Qualifications
Minimum: Associate’s degree in science, nursing or related field; unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) RN license. Preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
