Responsibilities
As a staff nurse you will:
Manage operations of your assigned unit.
Supervise and coordinate activities of all clinical staff.
Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained.
Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.
Deliver a high standard of care to residents.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
