BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional care to our clients in Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas, Nevada. Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Service Area: Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas. Wage: $90 per visit. Flexible Scheduling.
Requirements
Active Nevada Physical Therapist license
Minimum one year of experience as a PT
CPR Certification (BLS preferred)
Ability to lift or pull 50 lbs
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
2-Step TB test and Physical Exam
Background check and drug screening required
Experience with home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is a plus
Responsibilities
Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and independence
Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
