Business Development Manager
to join our growing Marketing team. This highly visible role partners with firm leadership and practice groups to drive strategic growth, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the firm’s market presence across key industries.
Job Responsibilities
Partner with practice group leaders and the marketing team to implement strategic initiatives that drive business development and support the firm’s growth objectives
Lead the development of tailored pitches, proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials to support new business opportunities
Leverage industry insights and market intelligence to help inform firmwide growth strategies and client development initiatives
Manage and coordinate submissions to legal directories and other recognition programs to enhance visibility and reputation for key practice areas
Develop and maintain cohesive marketing collateral, including practice group descriptions and attorney biographies, ensuring consistency with the firm’s brand and strategic messaging
Identify and coordinate speaking engagements, sponsorships, and industry memberships that increase visibility and strengthen client relationships
Conduct market research and competitive analysis on target industries, clients, and prospective opportunities to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to develop compelling content for the firm’s website, marketing materials, and internal communications
Provide additional business development and marketing support as needed to advance the firm’s strategic initiatives

Qualifications
5-8 years of marketing or business development experience with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Bachelor’s Degree required (Equivalent work experience, in lieu of degree, may be considered)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to safeguard confidential information
Proficient at staying abreast of relevant industry trends, developments, and business practices to develop targeted and strategically focused programs and recommendations
Creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the team
Results-oriented team player with the capacity to develop deep knowledge of sources of business and resources
