Our client, a leading organization in facility management and maintenance services, seeks a skilled Mobile HVAC/R Technician to join their Maintenance Department in Southfield, MI. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on facility systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring energy efficiency.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting, to identify and address issues proactively.
Utilize technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, update work order statuses, and utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; 3rd Party Certification preferred.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
HVAC Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work from heights, and operate ladders up to 30 feet, often in adverse conditions.
