Key Responsibilities: Project Scheduling & Coordinating
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Create and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and timelines.
Serve as the main point of contact between foremen, supervisors, engineers, architects, and clients.
Scheduling all relevant tasks and milestones such as inspections, material deliveries, sub-contractors, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in structural concrete and/or excavation.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field ().
Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
