
Badging Administrator - SouthBay

Key Responsibilities
Provide white-glove service to high-level clientele such as Executives, VPs, and senior leadership, ensuring their access and badging needs are handled with professionalism, discretion, and priority support.
Support employees by processing access requests and resolving badge‑related issues promptly and courteously.
Greet and assist associates, contractors, and guests with professionalism and a service‑first attitude during badge issuance and access setup.
Create and distribute access badges efficiently while maintaining accuracy and high‑quality standards.
Draft Sim‑Tickets and coordinate access permissions with care and attention to customer needs.
Handle badge reprints, replacements, and visitor/loaner badge requests, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience.
Track and manage inventory of supplies, ensuring materials are available to meet demand without delays.
Safely handle the disposal and shipping of badges and related materials.
Provide clear and friendly support through in‑person interactions, e‑mail, or phone to resolve inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in access control, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on helpfulness and approachability.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with badge printing systems and Trouble‑Ticketing is a plus.
Technical aptitude for troubleshooting hardware and software (especially printers).
Experience with inventory, shipping, or receiving is beneficial.
