
Badging Administrator - San Francisco

Responsibilities:
? Support & Troubleshooting:
? Respond to incoming phone chats, pings, and tickets promptly and professionally, adhering to established program policies and SOPs.
? Perform initial troubleshooting of access issues, including enabling disabled badges and resolving door reader problems, following documented procedures.
? Add non-restricted clearances to Ccure profiles.
? Logistics and shipment of badges
? Operating Fargo Printers Level 1 triage and troubleshooting
? Ticket Management:
? Process various access-related tickets, including:
¦ Badge activation (new hire and other)
¦ Badge deactivation
¦ Building Access System (BAS) extension requests
¦ Non-Moma activation and extension requests
? Policy Support:
? Provide support and guidance on physical access policies, utilizing SOPs and canned messages, for:
¦ GOGO to GOGO temporary access requests
¦ GOVO to GOGO temporary access requests
¦ Exceptions to the Vendor Seated Location Policy
? Badge Management:
? Manage all aspects of badge creation, including 2D printing, photogram badges, assembly, and global shipping.
? Process badge order tickets, supply tickets, photo uploads, and returned badges.
? Maintain badge and office supply inventory.
? Reporting & Audits:
? Generate and maintain reports on credential numbers, card reader information, and missing security photos.
? Support audits related to physical access and credentialing.
? System Administration:
? Add Ganpati clearance (general access) within the system.
? Manage all access requests and related tasks.
Qualifications:
? Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
? Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
? Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Proficiency with access control systems (e.g., Ccure) and ticketing systems.
? Familiarity with physical access policies and procedures.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Experience with badge printing and related equipment is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous experience in physical security or access management.
? Knowledge of relevant security regulations and compliance standards
