Job Description
The Project Manager supports our client's leadership in delivering data center projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role ensures strong safety compliance, clear communication with all stakeholders, and effective design oversight to meet lease, operational, and uptime requirements.
Responsibilities include managing budgets in Yardi and Procore, tracking cost exposure, supporting schedule control, and overseeing the full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and tenant coordination, while maintaining complete document control.
Salary Range - 130-145k

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of project management experience in construction.
General contracting experience required; data center experience preferred.
