Patient Access Representative

Location: 330 Brookline Ave, Boston, MA 02215
Contract Duration: 13-week contract with unlimited extension based on performance
Work Schedule: 40 hours work/week
Shift: 8hrs; Day Shift from 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay rate: Starts at $23/hour
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree preferred.
1-3 years related work experience required.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Preferred qualifications: Call Center and/or telephone customer service experience.
Strong typing skills 40+wpm.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Bilingual written and verbal communication skills
