Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to SVPs and VPs of our Express brand. This Executive Assistant has the ability to problem solve, think critically, and anticipate needs. Strong business communications, oral and written and understands confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing and coordinating calendar, email, and departmental communication support
Booking travel & completing expense reporting
Preparing and maintaining reports and documents for the department
Budget management and tracking including reconciling invoices
Supporting company philanthropy and associate programs
Preparing presentations, managing spreadsheets / charts and running business reporting
Ordering office supplies for the department
Anticipating leader and departmental needs
Special projects as assigned
Required experience and qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7 years of relevant experience supporting VP/SVP level leadership
Critical skills and attributes include:
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products and aptitude to learn new software and systems
Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Possess problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality
Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Solid time management practices
Natural problem solver with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
