Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Representative to join our team at Buddy Allen Carpet One Floor & Home in Nashville, TN. This is an on-site role responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming customers, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer support. The Front Desk Representative will also assist with administrative tasks and act as the first point of contact for clients visiting the showroom.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
Experience in handling Reservations and appointment scheduling
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, for engaging with customers and team members
Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, and familiarity with scheduling software
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Prior experience in a similar role or in the home improvement industry is a plus
Prior RFMS use and training is highly preferred but not required
