General Maintenance and Cleaning (Temp Position)
Pay: $22.00/hour
Hours/Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (May 2026 through August 2026, Temporary)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Seasonal Maintenance. In this temporary position, you will assist with the general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the plant, while supporting our full-time Maintenance team with various tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist full-time employees with construction, maintenance, and general upkeep of plant facilities
Perform cleaning duties in various areas of the plant
Participate in painting buildings and equipment, which may include some climbing and lifting
Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and heavy machinery
Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned by different departments
Support safety, health, and environmental initiatives and programs
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required (Must be 18 year of age)
Strong ability to adapt to changing job duties throughout the day
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving tasks
