DEPARTMENT: Intake Specialist (1)
SUPERVISOR : Lead Program Coordinator
JOB FUNCTION: Process and schedule clients lead-based paint hazard audits and perform routine office tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Process clients placing information in system and determining income eligibility
Coordinate with Program Manager and Program Coordinator in scheduling all appointments for initial lead testing
Attend outreach events
Follow up with clients for missing documents
Assist Program Coordinator in contacting risk assessors and contractors
Answer incoming phone calls; processing reports and other documents, when necessary; basic filing;
Attend required conferences and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to use office equipment
Customer service and telephone skills.
