We’re seeking a
Senior Coordinator
who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work and help shape the future of care in communities across the country.
Preferred is hiring an onsite Senior Coordinator! We offer weekly pay $28.85 an hour! Office hours Monday-Friday 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. The office location is: 148 39th St. Industry City, NY 11232.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Manage a personal caseload of 100+ cases, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
Prepare and maintain daily scheduled vs actual reports.
Reassign daily responsibilities among team members as needed to address call-outs or staffing gaps.
Provide coverage for the supervisor during absences.
Participate in the Shift Supervisor on-call rotation.
Proactively communicate schedules, updates, and changes with clients, home care aides, team leads, managers, and the Branch Manager.
Prepare and submit routine departmental reports in a timely manner.
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
Address client complaints and issues professionally; document and escalat[e] significant concerns as required.
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, home care aides, colleagues, and leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to assign or reassign duties as needed to meet operational requirements.

Proficient computer literacy and typing skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in coordination or a related role.
Other Requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable.

The Senior Client Service Supervisor may, where permitted, develop, and monitor appropriate care plans to ensure clients receive quality care while serving as the primary liaison between clients, homecare aides, managers, referral sources, and others directly involved in the client’s care. The Senior Client Service Supervisor acts as a mentor to the Client Service Supervisors and may handle more complex client cases.
