
Project Manager

The Project Manager leads and delivers medium-to-large-scale, high-impact initiatives across a hybrid delivery environment, with a strong emphasis on client-facing project delivery alongside Agile and product-based work. The role requires end-to-end accountability for project planning and execution while also enabling Agile delivery and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Project Leadership
Serve as single point of accountability for multiple concurrent initiatives across client-facing and internal projects. Acting as Agile delivery lead where appropriate.
Lead plan-driven, hybrid projects with clear scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk baselines.
Develop and maintain project plans, critical paths, dependency maps, and governance artifacts.
Manage formal change control, risk, issue, and decision logs to protect delivery commitments.
Provide clear, consistent status reporting to senior stakeholders and clients.
Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partner with Business Analysts on backlog readiness and prioritization.
Track delivery metrics to support transparency and continuous improvement.
Agile Enablement
Support Agile and delivery transformation initiatives across teams.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and hybrid delivery practices.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery maturity and team effectiveness.
Contribute to evolving delivery standards, playbooks, and best practices.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Lead delivery in high-touch, client-facing environments with fixed timelines and high visibility.
Proactively manage expectations through structured communication and escalation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) preferred.
Nice to have: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SSM (SAFe Scrum Master) or equivalent Agile and project management credentials.
Experience
5+ years in project management or delivery leadership roles.
Experience delivering both hybrid and Agile projects.
Demonstrated client-facing delivery experience in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple demanding client projects concurrently.
Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Excel.
Skills & Competencies
Strong foundation in traditional project management disciplines.
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to operate under pressure with demanding stakeholders and adapt as necessary.
Demonstrates resiliency in adapting to frequent changes and evolving client demands, ensuring project continuity and success.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
