
Step Up Team Leader

Responsibilities
Fostering and modeling principles that underlie the model: recovery, shared decision making, person centered, cultural humility
Overseeing program functioning: facilitating team meetings, ensuring collaboration and communication among staff, supervising the supported education and employment specialist and peer specialist, and responsible for allocation of staff time
Monitoring care load size, coordinating referrals from OTNY to the Step-Up Program and coordinating transitions from Step Up
Qualifications
Licensed Masters or Ph.D. in an appropriate field (social work, psychology, mental health counseling or similar)
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
At least 1 year of experience working in a specialized early psychosis program may substitute for supervisory experience.
Salary
$46,948-$56,669 Yearly
