Job Title: Warehouse Clerk
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the efficient daily operations of our warehouse by handling administrative tasks, managing inventory records, and providing seamless support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files within the warehouse system

Assist in the preparation, organization, and distribution of official documents

Respond to emails and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Perform regular inventory audits and track stock levels to ensure data accuracy

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Utilize office equipment and software to manage documentation and communication

Monitor and track inventory data when needed to ensure accuracy

Requirements

Proven experience in clerk or administrative roles, ideally within a warehouse environment

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS AS400 is a plus)

Ability to perform regular inventory audits and ensure stock accuracy

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and often chaotic warehouse environment

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
