Job Summary
Training Specialist 3 and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s workforce development initiatives. This high-impact position offers the chance to design, deliver, and refine comprehensive training programs that empower employees at all levels.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
Seven or more years of experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical and non-technical material effectively.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate activities across needs assessment, pilot, implementation, and evaluation phases.
Proficiency in developing blended learning solutions using tools like AD, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Captivate, Articulate, and web conferencing technologies.
Ability to analyze and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and observations.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with HR, managers, senior leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts.
Operational expertise in managing classroom technology, logistics, and course materials.
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with courseware editing and compliance standards.
Skills in utilizing additional training technologies and digital tools.
Prior experience mentoring or training team members.
Knowledge of corporate security standards and best practices in training delivery.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields.
At least seven years of hands‑on experience in training development and delivery.
Demonstrable experience in designing blended learning solutions and managing training logistics.
Other Requirements
Ability to travel as needed for training sessions or vendor meetings.
Strong technical proficiency with classroom and web conferencing technology.
Capacity to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
