Clinical Liaison
Spring Mountain Treatment Center (UHS) seeks a dynamic professional to implement policies, procedures, and strategic goals as directed by senior management, and to manage and coordinate the transition of acute patients into behavioral health services, ensuring a seamless patient experience from initial assessment through treatment planning, appointments, follow‑ups, and post‑care support.
Responsibilities
Implement policies, procedures, systems, and strategic goals established by senior management. Ensure operational guidelines are followed and strategic initiatives are carried out effectively. Coordinate transition of acute patients into behavioral health services, providing a seamless patient experience throughout the continuum of care.
Qualifications
Current license from the State of Nevada required; LCSW or LCPC.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in health care and knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles (preferred).
Ability to complete on‑site clinical assessments.
Maintain strong communication with community referrals.
Strong client service background mandatory.
Understand and honor established hospital rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Good public speaker, able to present materials clearly, concisely, and logically.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Leadership qualities including self‑control, patience, and empathy.
Obtain BLS Basic Life Support certification.
Attend one full week of New Employee Orientation on a day shift (8:00 am‑4:30 pm, Monday‑Friday).
Pass background check (criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check).
