Clinical Supervisor within our Crisis Residential team . How You’ll Make an Impact
The Crisis Clinical Supervisor supervises, guides, and trains crisis staff, which include behavioral health workers or behavioral health practitioners. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring compliance with all clinical aspects of residential crisis services.

Supervises crisis staff regarding clinical decisions and skills, providing direction around intervention strategies, appropriate referrals, discharge planning, and documentation

Supports the Program Supervisor with administrative supervision of crisis staff, as well as compliance toward regulatory requirements

Trains staff on clinical documentation and methods including: Columbia suicide risk screener, writing treatment plans, individual abuse prevention plans, group facilitation, and comprehensive safety planning

Screens clients requesting admission to the Crisis Residential unit for appropriateness, coordinating admission with oversight to unit census and throughput

Acts quickly to respond to needs of clients and staff in situations requiring co‑regulation of clients, verbal de‑escalation, or quick problem solving

Signs appropriate documents in the electronic health records to meet statutory and variance requirements

Provides as‑needed cross‑functional support to the Mobile Crisis Clinical Supervisor and team, responsible for modeling collaboration amongst the Crisis Response Team

Ensures each recipient will be provided with rehabilitative services that are medically necessary, using individualized treatment interventions that are based on the recipient’s assessed needs

Establishes and maintains effective rapport with all referrals, provider, and client sources

Knows and follows policies and procedures for emergencies and can respond quickly and appropriately to unsafe weather, environmental hazards, or recipient medical emergencies

Schedule
Monday through Friday with some flexibility. The Clinical Supervisor will also support clinical on‑call for various programs for approximately 10 weeks of the year, compensated at $1,320 per week.

Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy

License as an LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT

Maintain professional competencies and appropriate licensure

Clear DHS background study

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

What Will Set You Apart

Two years’ experience in mental health service provision

Knowledge or experience in acute mental health care including emergency room or inpatient mental health

Knowledge or experience in rehab services programs including ARMHS, TCM, and/or peers

Managerial/leadership experience
