Patient Coordinator
Norcross Dental Associates
Norcross Dental Associates is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team! We are a well-established practice with a strong patient base and a supportive, team-driven culture. If you thrive in a fast-paced dental environment and enjoy creating a welcoming experience for patients from check-in to check-out, we’d love to meet you.
*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED, no exceptions.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday
Full-time (32 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Verify insurance and collect patient information
Schedule and confirm appointments
Present and explain treatment plans
Collect payments and manage financial arrangements
Maintain accurate records in the practice management system
Support overall front office flow and patient communication
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience required
Experience with Open Dental preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Team-first mindset with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
$18–$21 per hour, based on experience

Education and Training
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
