Position Summary
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated per‑diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice Company in the Easton, PA region.

Responsibilities

Care for a census of 5–6 patients.

Provide or assist with ADL activities – personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.

Assist with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities, including frequent turning for bed‑bound residents.

Support prescribed exercise and ROM activities trained by the Hospice Nurse.

Assist with light housekeeping of the individual’s unit or room, including changing bed linen and laundry.

Feed and assist with meals.

Report any changes in the resident’s or patient’s condition to the Nurse.

Qualifications

Valid PA CNA or CHHA certification.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Fully vaccinated against Covid‑19.
