Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Home Health Aide (Bucks County, PA) - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Full-time, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our growing Hospice Company for our Bucks County, PA region.

Responsibilities

Care for a census of 5-6 patients.

Provide or assist in ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.

Assist in toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed‑bound resident/patient.

Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by the Hospice Nurse.

Assist with light housekeeping of individual’s personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry.

Feed and assist with meals.

Report any changes in resident’s or patient’s condition to the Nurse.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.

Meets training requirements of the State.

Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours in each component.

Must have one year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide. (Hospice preferred.)

Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay rate starts at $19.75 an hour.
