Responsibilities
Assist with residents’ daily care: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, meals.
Monitor physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
Document completed tasks: daily shift report, resident records, negotiated service agreement.
Confidentially communicate urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director and next shift.
Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shift.
Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential as required by state regulations.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Additional Information
Work may require evenings and weekends. The company enforces a drug‑free workplace policy and performs drug screening at its discretion. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
