
Outpatient Therapist

Position Overview
Maintain a caseload (16–20 hours/week).
Provide trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Monitor and evaluate client progress.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Participate in clinical supervision and team consultation.
Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
Utilize practice management and telehealth platforms effectively.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Active NJ licensure (LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW).
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
Trauma-informed foundation.
Strong ethical judgment and case conceptualization skills.
Availability for daytime, evening, and/or weekend sessions.
Preferred Experience
Trauma-focused therapy and/or racial trauma.
Experience with Youth or Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (I/DD).
Experience with burnout or high‑achieving professionals.
Multilingual or bilingual ability.
Experience serving historically marginalized communities.
Compensation & Growth
Part‑time W‑2 position (16–20 hours/week).
$40–$65 per clinical hour (based on licensure and experience).
Flexible scheduling.
