Job Overview
Under direct supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager, primarily interacts with clients, healthcare providers, and patients, to provide services to identified units. The Patient Relations Liaison works closely with the identified units as well as the pharmacy manager to ensure medications are provided in a timely manner. The Patient Relations Liaison also participates in other duties related to the day to day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalency
Licensure & Certification
Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy
Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT)
Experience
Five (5) years retail pharmacy technician experience required
Salary Range
Minimum $20.53/hour - Maximum $33.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
