Under direct supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager, the Patient Relations Liaison primarily interacts with clients, healthcare providers, and patients to provide services to identified units. The Patient Relations Liaison works closely with the identified units as well as the pharmacy manager to ensure medications are provided in a timely manner. The Patient Relations Liaison also participates in other duties related to the day-to-day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.
Responsibilities
Interact with clients, healthcare providers, and patients to provide services to identified units.
Collaborate with the identified units and the pharmacy manager to ensure medications are provided in a timely manner.
Participate in other duties related to the day-to-day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalency
Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy
Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT)
Five (5) years retail pharmacy technician experience required
Salary
Salary Range: Minimum $20.53/hour - Maximum $33.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
