Active Kansas PTA license or active State license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
Experience with restorative nursing programs, falls prevention protocols, and transfers/ambulation techniques preferred.
Demonstrated ability to follow care plans and document patient progress in electronic medical records preferred.
