Description
The Manager of Rehabilitation Services leads high‑performing inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation teams, overseeing daily therapy operations and advancing high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This role—open to licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, or Speech‑Language Pathologists—provides clinical and operational leadership for rehabilitation programs at Providence Centralia Hospital and Providence St. Peter off‑site Outpatient Therapy Clinic. Working closely with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary partners, the Manager supports safe, efficient care aligned with Providence’s mission and values. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting rehabilitation staff; overseeing operations, staffing, workflows, and access to care; ensuring compliance with clinical documentation, regulatory, and payer standards; supporting productivity, quality outcomes, and fiscal stewardship; and fostering a collaborative, respectful care environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, or
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT), or
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License, or
Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License, or
Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
3 years experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial/director role within a rehabilitation setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT), or
Doctorate in PT, or
5 years experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial/director role within an inpatient hospital setting and/or hospital outpatient setting.
Compensation
Pay Range: $65.83 - $103.93. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
