Overview
The Manager of Rehabilitation Services leads high‑performing inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation teams, overseeing daily therapy operations and advancing high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This role—open to licensed Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, or Speech‑Language Pathologists—provides clinical and operational leadership for rehabilitation programs at Providence Centralia Hospital and Providence St. Peter off‑site Outpatient Therapy Clinic. Working closely with the Rehabilitation Director and interdisciplinary partners, the Manager supports safe, efficient care aligned with Providence’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
Lead and support rehabilitation staff; oversee operations, staffing, workflows, and access to care.
Ensure compliance with clinical documentation, regulatory, and payer standards.
Support productivity, quality outcomes, and fiscal stewardship.
Foster a collaborative, respectful care environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, or
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT), or
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License, or
Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License, or
Upon hire: Washington Speech Language Pathologist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
3 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial/director role within a rehabilitation setting
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT), or Doctorate in PT
5 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or managerial/director role within an inpatient hospital setting and/or hospital outpatient setting

Posted wage range: $65.83 - $103.93 hourly. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be based on experience and other applicable factors. This range reflects base pay; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities. Providence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
