We’re growing our Denver crew and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who wants hands‑on work, real responsibility, and a career that lasts. You’ll work on commercial systems like RTUs, boilers, VAVs, and controls in facilities where your expertise truly matters.
What you’ll do:
Diagnose and solve real mechanical problems
Perform maintenance that prevents failures, not just reacts to them
Work with experienced technicians who will help you sharpen your craft
Document your work so your skills are visible and recognized

You’ll have:
Structured technical training and paid development
Modern tools and support, not paper, guesswork, or chaos
Leadership that listens; technicians help shape how we operate
Compensation & Benefits:
Average Starting Rate for Journeyman Level: $44.00 – $58.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co‑workers.
Well‑rounded background as a Journeyman
Values and display exceptional customer service
Strong organization skills
Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in commercial service work
Minimum Qualifications:
Over 18 years of experience
High School diploma or GED
Completed an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent education/training
Strong written and verbal English skills
Valid driver’s license with driving record in good standing
Ability to gain Union Membership
