Responsibilities
West Oaks Hospital is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. The LVN will provide direct patient care under the direction of a registered nurse for adult, adolescent, child, and geriatric patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. The LVN will use the nursing process to manage the plan of care, delegate duties to ensure optimal outcomes, engage in professional development, and participate as part of the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Texas State Licensed Vocational Nurse licensure. CPR and hospital de‑escalation certifications.
Two years of inpatient psychiatric nursing and/or medical/surgical experience.
