Flexo Board Press Operator (Night Shift)

Pay & Benefits
Base pay: $21.05/hour (based on experience)
Night Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour for all hours worked after 6:00 PM
Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500 paid in three installments ($500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year)
Full benefits package starting Day One (Health, dental, vision; company‑paid life, disability; supplemental life; 401(k) with match; 11 paid holidays; 112 vacation hours per year; 24 sick hours plus 1 paid wellness day annually)
Schedule
2‑2‑3 Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). 14 workdays per month, with every other weekend off.
Training
Approximately 8 weeks of training on the day shift.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate flexographic printing presses.
Load printing sleeves, cylinders, and roll stock.
Mix and adjust inks using the NovaFlow system.
Monitor color using spectro‑densitometers.
Adjust tension, color stations, and dryers as needed.
Safely clear jams and maintain equipment.
Track materials, waste, and production data.
Follow GMP/SQF guidelines and safety protocols.
Participate in equipment care and reliability programs.
Train and support new team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
Good color matching and attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Team‑oriented and safety‑focused.
