We are looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our fabrication shop in Conroe, TX. This is a senior-level role for someone who brings precision, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to every job. What You'll Do
Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabrication projects to spec
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with shop team on fabrication and assembly tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
What You'll Need
5+ years of hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
High attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
Experience in a fabrication shop environment
Welding certification preferred but not required
Reliable, professional, and a strong team contributor
