HVAC Service Technician – Multifamily (EPA Universal, $40–$45/hr)
HVAC Troubleshooter / Installer – Louisville, KY
$40–$45/Hour | Full-Time | Benefits + Stability
We’re hiring an experienced
HVAC Troubleshooter / Installer
to support a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Louisville, KY area. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who can confidently diagnose issues, complete installs, and keep systems running efficiently in a fast-paced residential environment.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues across multiple apartment communities
Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Work with heat pumps, split systems, and package units
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company expectations
Partner with property teams to deliver excellent resident service
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum
5 years of HVAC experience
(troubleshooting + installation)
EPA Universal Certification required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience in
multifamily/property management
preferred
Ability to work independently and manage service requests efficiently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
