Description
New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.
This is a full-time position (72 hours) with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), Monday through Friday. The role also includes participation in an evening and weekend call rotation. Candidates should be comfortable with on-call responsibilities, including 2-3 weekday overnight call shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and at least two weekend call shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM, 24-hour call).
Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in for a STEMI. The position is based at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas.

Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
CRT
Fluoroscopy
BLS from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an EP Lab and/or Interventional Cath Lab required
Demonstrates advanced proficiency and technical competence in:
Scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring of procedures
Capable of managing and prioritizing tasks during crises or high-stress situations
Preferred Qualifications:
ARRT
ACLS from the American Heart Association
Current RCIS and/or RCES certification
Compensation
Minimum Rate ($59.81) – Maximum Rate ($86.71) per hour.
