Responsibilities
Provide complete nutritional screenings/assessments for patients.
Develop care plans and provide counseling and education to ensure individual patient needs are met.
Perform general food preparation and service activities, including tray assembly and delivery, cafeteria work, cashiering, ware washing, pantry assistance, nourishment activities and catering.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nutritional Science with an accredited internship or Coordinated Undergraduate Program (CUP).
Active registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Association.
One year of clinical expertise or one year of relevant graduate coursework.
