Position Overview
CRDN of Little Rock is seeking a Restoration Tech/Contents Cleaner who is hard‑working, and confident in his/her ability to follow company procedure during the packout, packback, and cleaning of textiles and contents. The candidate is comfortable meeting new people, organized, has excellent communication skills, and is a team player.

Duties

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned projects from job start‑up through close‑out, serving as the primary liaison between customers, adjusters, field teams, and internal departments.

Project Planning & Job Setup

Review job scopes, estimates, and work authorizations

Coordinate job setup including scheduling, materials, equipment, and labor

Ensure required documentation, and approvals are in place before work begins

Establish project timelines and milestones

Customer & Adjuster Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and contractors

Provide regular project updates and manage customer expectations

Coordinate inspections, walkthroughs, and meetings

Address concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Field Oversight & Coordination

Oversee day‑to‑day job progress and quality in the field

Coordinate with Operations Managers, General Manager, Sales Reps, and crews

Ensure work is performed according to scope, schedule, and standards

Identify issues early and implement corrective actions

Delivery Oversight

Contact customers no later than 48 hours after deliveries to confirm receipt of items and ensure satisfaction

Attend final deliveries to verify proper placement, condition, and completeness of all contents

Scope Management & Documentation

Ensure scopes accurately reflect work performed

Identify scope changes and prepare change orders or supplements

Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation

Ensure documentation meets insurance, TPA, and company requirements

Financial & Budget Management

Monitor job costs, labor hours, and material usage

Ensure jobs remain within approved budgets

Review estimates, invoices, and billing documentation for accuracy

Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure work meets carrier guidelines, and company SOPs

Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle

Address deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements

Scheduling & Resource Management

Coordinate crew schedules with Operations Manager

Coordinate subcontractor schedules

Adjust schedules as needed to prevent delays or downtime

Safety & Risk Management

Enforce safety policies and PPE requirements on jobsites

Identify and address safety hazards

Ensure incidents and near misses are reported and documented

Billing & Close‑Out Support

Ensure job documentation supports accurate billing

Coordinate with billing staff to resolve discrepancies

Assist with collections and job close‑out requirements

Ensure final inspections, approvals, and customer sign‑offs are completed

Reporting & Leadership Communication

Provide regular updates to Operations Managers and General Managers

Report on job progress, risks, and performance metrics

Participate in production and leadership meetings as required

Team Collaboration & Professionalism

Work collaboratively with Sales, Production, Billing, and Management teams

Always represent the company professionally

Mentor junior staff as assigned

Continuous Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

Support training initiatives and SOP adherence

Stay current on industry standards, carrier requirements, and best practices
