Pay Rate
($80-$$81) on an hourly basis.
Description
Support the delivery of digital solutions for Retail and Food & Beverage by managing work intake, prioritization, and execution.
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with business, tech, and operations teams
Gather and clarify requirements; manage work intake & prioritization
Own and maintain product backlog (grooming, alignment, visibility)
Support Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Create and manage tickets in Jira
Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations for delivery
Track performance and recommend improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with digital content management and configuration tools.
Previous experience with an entertainment client is a plus.
Requirements
2+ years in Product, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery roles
Experience with Agile, backlog management, and Jira/Confluence
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CMS / digital content/configuration tools
Data-driven mindset for decision-making
