Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from initiation through delivery, supporting successful execution across scope, timeline, and budget. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes. This role is hands‑on, requiring strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills to help deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project lifecycle phases including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Support definition of project scope, objectives, and success criteria
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate communication, reporting, and stakeholder updates
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; support mitigation efforts
Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams
Track progress against timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
Support vendor and cross‑functional team coordination
Assist in preparing materials for leadership updates and decision‑making
Ensure adherence to project standards, quality expectations, and processes
Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of project management or related experience
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications)
Consulting or client‑facing experience
