Compliance Tools Analyst (Project Coordinator I)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Tools Analyst to support our Compliance and IT/BTS teams. This is an entry-level position focused on bridging the gap between technical ticketing systems and project coordination. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that compliance-driven workflows remain on track in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Required).
Software Proficiency:
Strong familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic Excel skills for data tracking are essential.
Tool Experience:
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing management tools.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional organizational skills with a "sense of urgency".
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication for follow-ups and cross-team coordination.
Preferred Experience
Background in Administrative Support, Project Coordination, or Entry-level IT/Tools support.
Familiarity with Pharmaceutical terminology or experience in a regulated industry.
Experience with iREP or OneNote is a plus.
Previous experience in a technical/tool-oriented role is preferred over general coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Ticket Management:
Monitor and manage the ServiceNow ticketing system; triage incoming requests, handle system access issues, and resolve communication-related tickets.
Project Coordination:
Support project managers by tracking timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Coordinate with Compliance and Technical (BTS/IT) teams to ensure effective follow-ups and task completion.
Data Tracking:
Use Microsoft Excel to maintain clear and concise records of ongoing tasks, project statuses, and ticket flows.
Operational Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to alleviate the workload of senior leadership on large-scale compliance projects.
