Proficient in PowerPoint for creating presentations
Project coordination experience
Familiarity with ticketing and asset management systems (e.g., Cherwell, CMDB)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and data transformation, from internal asset management systems.
Translate technical data into clear, concise business presentations using PowerPoint for leadership and budget planning.
Support operational project coordination, including organizing project information, tracking tasks, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Assist operations managers in preparing project updates and summaries for leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in project deliverables.
Help manage internal ticketing and asset tracking systems.
Contribute to documentation and communication strategies for upcoming organizational changes, including potential mergers.
