Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across HR functions.
• Leverage
Workday
and
HR ServiceNow
to support enhancements, reporting, and troubleshooting of HR systems.
• Design and document end-to-end
HR business processes
using
MS Visio , identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
• Analyze and manipulate complex datasets in
Excel
using pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VBA macros to support HR reporting and metrics.
• Create compelling executive presentations and reports in
PowerPoint
to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business teams on implementation and integration projects.
• Assist in testing system enhancements, configuration changes, and updates to HR platforms.
• Serve as an HR systems liaison during audits, data integrity reviews, and compliance projects.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst.
• Proficient with
Workday
and HR
ServiceNow
platforms.
• Strong experience in
business process mapping
and
documentation with tools like MS Visio .
• Advanced skills in
MS Excel , including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and
VBA scripting .
• Proficiency in
Microsoft PowerPoint
for creating executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
